Cancellation and Return Request Form

You may use this form to request cancellation before dispatch or an eligible return within 30 days of delivery under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Using this form is optional: an email clearly explaining your request is sufficient.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, please describe the problem and include photographs or a short video where helpful.

What Happens Next

  • We review your request and respond by email.

  • If your order has not been dispatched, we will try to cancel it and refund any payment collected in full.

  • If your return is approved, we provide written return instructions. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage.

  • Approved returns are sent to Mus, France. Do not send returns to the original dispatch location in China.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

  • For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law.

  • Refund amounts, including eligible standard outbound delivery charges, are determined under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
